Karen made me laugh with her funny ways. From having separate mugs for workmen to telling me that when she eats food she eats one vegetable at a time....then if she finds a rogue vegetable that she's already eaten she then couldn't eat it as she'd already eaten those.  It made me laugh.  She also called me a "dirty bitch" for having peas and sweetcorn in my cous cous (in a nice way you understand).  LOL.  She was so dedicated to work, one day she came in and because there was no work to do she couldn't cope so put a days leave in so she could go home and get stuff done there.  Never one for letting her back pain rule her life, she was happy to get stuck into the Sqn garden.  Bless her.  She made 2 of my Sons birthday cakes and they were amazing!!! She was a force to be reckoned with, with an equally big heart.  Love her. X
