Dear Karen, you were the first person to contact me from 54 when I was due to arrive as the new Boss and I quickly realised that you were the one who could keep me on track! You always had the measure of people, whether to make them laugh or tear a strip off - you had the perfect way to do either. You always went the extra mile, especially for the Association members. Claire and I have so many happy memories of our time with you on 54 and catching up as if it was yesterday each time we were back at Waddington. Everyone who met you came away a better person, we are forever grateful to have got to know you.
